Beryl and Bob is a little celebration of creativity, nostalgia, and all the moments that make your heart feel full. The name has a special sparkle for me — not just because I’m a total sucker for alliteration, but because Beryl and Bob were my maternal grandparents. Choosing their names felt like the perfect way to honour where I come from while building something brand new.

I’ve always found a way to be creative in my work life, but the very first spark of this business began years ago when I couldn’t afford Christmas presents. So instead, I made illustrations for my boyfriend (who is now my husband), his family, and my sister and her partner — and those hand-drawn gifts became the very first Beryl and Bob pieces (long before the name existed!).

In January 2019, I officially launched Beryl and Bob as a little Facebook and Instagram page, and by June that year I was setting up at my very first markets. It was small, sweet, and full of heart — exactly how it was meant to begin.

Since then, life has taken me on a wonderful journey. After taking time off to have my two children, Henry and Eden, I’m returning to this little business with fresh energy, a full heart, and probably a bit more coffee than before.

What started as a few personal illustrations has grown into a place where your favourite memories can be turned into artwork — fun, heartfelt, and completely unique to you. Whether it’s a family portrait, a pet pawtrait, or a moment you never want to forget, I’m here to bring your story to life with warmth and a touch of whimsy.
