Christmas Delivery & Rush Orders
To ensure your illustration arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by the following dates:
- Interstate deliveries: Order by December 5 at the latest
- NSW & Sydney deliveries: Order by December 15
- Local collection (Sutherland Shire): Order by December 18
Digital illustrations placed from December 20 onwards will automatically incur a rush fee to ensure they are completed in time for Christmas Eve (December 24).
We recommend ordering early, especially if you’d like additional elements or the rush option, to make sure your artwork is ready to gift in time for the holidays!
Is this just AI drawings?
Not at all! Each Beryl & Bob illustration is handcrafted by me, with attention to every detail and a personal touch that AI simply can’t replicate. While reference photos help guide the artwork, your illustration is entirely custom and created with care, making it a unique keepsake that truly captures your loved ones.
How do I place an order?
Browse our illustration styles, select the one you love, choose your size (A4 or A3), and decide whether you’d like a digital file or a professionally printed copy. Then, upload your reference photos and complete checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is received.
Can I include multiple people or pets in one illustration?
Absolutely! You don’t all need to be in the same photo — you can send as many clear, front-facing reference photos as you like. Full-length shots are preferred, and please avoid blurry or angled photos (think 2010 selfie style!).
How long does it take to receive my illustration?
Our standard creation process usually takes 7 - 10 business days (you can insert your typical timeframe here). If you need your illustration sooner, you can choose the rush option to receive it within 5 business days.
Please be aware that this does not include shipping times.
Can I make changes to my illustration?
Yes! We include up to three revisions throughout the creation process. You’ll first review the outline, then the final proof, so you have opportunities to request adjustments and ensure your illustration is perfect.
Are there extra costs for additional elements or rush orders?
Yes — adding extra elements or choosing the rush option incurs an additional cost. You’ll see these clearly when selecting your options on the product page.
Do you accept refunds?
The short answer: No.
The long answer: Because each illustration is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Our goal is to make sure you love your artwork, which is why we include up to three revisions throughout the creation process.
